10 day weight loss challenge
10 Day weight loss challenge - for everyone. You will get access to 10 workout videos, you will do one video a day (all you need is 15-20 minutes, a workout mat and 1 dumbbell!) and you will receive a PDF meal plan for 10 days. There won’t be recipes, just a meal plan, it’s up to you how will you prepare the food, but just remember there is no deep-fried food during these 10 days :)
